PTFE O-ring Kit

PTFE is not a rubber compound, but rather than a thermoplastic resin of fluoroethylene.  As such, it is frequently specified as an O-ring material in applications where operating conditions preclude the use of conventional rubber elastomers.  PTFE O-rings can withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 500F, and are impervious to a wide variety of chemicals.  In addition, they have the lowest coefficient of friction of any O-ring material. 

Our PTFE O-ring kit comes in a 325 piece assortment of various AS568 O-ring sizes. The included contents identification card shows sizes and dimensions on the front, and silhouettes on the back.
