O-ring Lubricants

RT/Dygert offers two types of O-ring lubricants. 

The first of these is our Seal Kote silicone emulsion, which is a 50/50 mix of pure silicone fluid and water.  Our silicone emulsion is excellent for lubricating parts in automated installation processes.  

The other is Seal-Lube, a high viscosity 100% silicone fluid, which is primarily used as a lubricant during O-ring installation.  On some applications, where clearances are tight, our silicone lube can be the difference between an easy installation and hours of frustration.Proper lubrication of O-rings also extends seal life.
