Molded Wear Ring/Guide

The thickness on molded wear rings is not controlled as tightly as that of a machined precision wear guide, but a looser thickness tolerance allows for production of a lower cost part.  These rings are excellent for applications where the wear guide sees harsh operating conditions and has to be replaced often. 

RT/Dygert offers a wide range of molded wear guides, in many different materials and dimensions. 

Features:

Bearing surface is designed to fit either rod or piston application.

Materials: Glass filled nylon, Bronze filled PTFE, Acetal, UHMWP or PEEK
