INCH SPLICING KIT

Our Inch Splicing Kits are specifically designed to produce custom sized O-Rings is AS568 cross-sections.  Cord stock in all five of the AS568 thicknesses are included, as well as a splicing jig and razor, adhesive, and detailed instructions.

Depending on the nature of your application, RT Dygert offers several different materials to choose from: 

EPDM Splicing Kit
Nitrile Splicing Kit
Fluorocarbon Splicing Kit

Each kit contains one 7 foot length of each of the following AS568 cross-sections:

.070", .103", .139", .210" and .275"
