SPLICING KITS

Splicing kits are excellent tools to quickly and economically produce non-standard sized O-Rings in a wide range of sizes.  In theory, with the correct kit it is possible to produce an O-Ring with a diameter larger than two feet (~67 cm).  Since these O-Rings are produced by splicing cord stock, they are recommended for use in relatively low pressure, static sealing applications where little stretch is needed to install the O-Ring.

Each kit contains O-Ring cord in various diameters, a splicing jig, a single blade razor, bonding agent and a detailed instructions for making O-Rings to your exact specifications.
